What is worth writing about
- A mistake in a phrase, a reading or a translation - these are the most useful messages and are acted on first
- Audio that is cut off, silent, or reads the wrong characters
- A page that will not load or behaves oddly on your device - please say which browser and phone
- A subcategory you wish existed
- Anything about privacy, or a request relating to your data
What to expect
HEYGOW is run by one person alongside other work, so a reply may take a few days. Corrections are usually fixed faster than they are answered - if you report a wrong tone, the fix may reach the site before the reply reaches you.
