• Audio that is cut off, silent, or reads the wrong characters
• A page that will not load or behaves oddly on your device - please say which browser and phone

• Anything about privacy, or a request relating to your data

What to expect

HEYGOW is run by one person alongside other work, so a reply may take a few days. Corrections are usually fixed faster than they are answered - if you report a wrong tone, the fix may reach the site before the reply reaches you.
