你好 is two third tones in a row, which is why it comes out as ní hǎo - the first shifts to second. That rule applies everywhere, so learning it here saves trouble later. 请 alone is a complete polite sentence, and 没关系 answers 对不起.
Introducing yourself

他 and 她 are both tā - the written distinction between he and she does not exist in speech at all, so a Chinese speaker may say "he" for your sister in English without meaning anything by it. 我们 is we, made by adding the plural 们 to 我.
Numbers, time, money

Chinese numbers are fully regular: 十一 is ten-one, 二十 is two-ten, so once you have one to ten you can build to ninety-nine with no new material. 块 is the spoken word for the unit of currency written 元, and 多少钱 is the question you will use most.

我要这个 - I want this one - plus a pointing finger will buy you almost anything, and it is the single most practical sentence on this page. 有 and 没有 are the have/have-not pair that answers most shop questions, and 买单 asks for the bill.
Getting around

请再说一遍 - please say it once more - and 慢一点 - a bit slower - are the two sentences that keep a conversation alive when you have understood nothing, and they matter more than any vocabulary here. 救命 is help in an emergency and should not be used for anything less.
