Procedures

Japanese bureaucracy runs on precise vocabulary, and N2 tests whether you can tell the words apart. 転入の手続きは市役所の窓口で行ってください is the counter procedure; 申請には身分証明書のコピーが必要です is an application; and a 届け出 such as 住所変更の届け出を忘れないでください is a notification you file, not a favour you request. Learn to fill in with ご記入ください and to stamp your 印鑑 in the correct box.
Money

These are the phrases you reach for when money gets real: budgeting, bills, insurance and saving for later. Notice the formal 〜にあたって in 「保険に加入するにあたって、補償内容をよく確認した」, and the piling-on 〜上に in 「収入が減った上に、税金まで上がって生活が苦しい」 — it stacks two burdens, not just lists them. N2 learners often swap 〜上に for a plain 〜し and lose that 'to make matters worse' weight; 「老後に備えて」 shows 備える + に for preparing against a future risk.
Health

Talking about your body in Japanese means concession and tendency. 「熱があるにもかかわらず、彼は出勤した」 uses 〜にもかかわらず ('despite') for a stronger, more written contrast than plain のに, while 「忙しくて運動不足になりがちだ」 leans on 〜がちだ for an unwanted habitual leaning, not a one-off. And 「健康のためとあれば、どんな努力も惜しまない」 shows the conditional 〜とあれば — 'if it's a matter of X, then no hesitation'. N2 learners overuse がち for positive things; keep it for what you'd rather avoid.
